Key components to pop punkUsually bands which have loud electric guitar and fast punk rock tempos. The music is often made up of drums and guitar.

Songs usually contain power chords and catchy choruses.

The lyrics are often themes of love, lust, violence and drugs.

What would the audience expect to see?The audience will probably expect to see dark themes in the song lyrics and loud guitar or drums. This could be due to how some stereotypical pop punk bands look, with dark clothes and tattoos.

What to include in my production to make it successfulThe magazine should have a mixture of bright and dark colours as pop punk isn't just punk rock and has some happier themes to it.
