David, I have not been able to contact you by phone, so asswne you must be out of town. It may be too late in the year to do more soil sampling, but, if you c,m, I enclose instructions and money to cover the work. If you are tied up on other work, or if it is too late in 2007 to do the work, it can be deferred until next April or May. The reason I wish to move forward with the sampling now is because it has taken so long to get the assay results back from the Assayers. We are still waiting for the results to come back from Accurassay in Lively and it will be into December, before th~JJ.ssay results arrive here (maybe).

WORK PROGRAM - 2007 - SHAKESPEARE MINING CLAIMS - PETER G. BLUE

RECENT WORK - PHASE I and PHASE 2 work completed and reported to Ministry for Assessment Work Credits (A We).

PHASE 4

PHASE 3 Field work completed. As of 27November assay reports are pending. Once received the work will be reported to the Ministry for A We.

- Further soil sampling to be done as per the attached sketch, as follows: On Centre Line A, take soil samples at loeations (i?cm~ 9. v " v l!? '7' On East Line B, take soil sample:s at locations #~T2E' 73E, 80E, 8lE On West Line C, take soil samples at locations 1t~i)72W, 73W, 80W ---

WORK PRIORITY - Center Line - 2 samples, East Line 5 samples, West Line 4 samples

WORK METHOD - Take GPS reading and record same at sarnple location #9. Place a stake and number it at each sample location. Use measuring tape, compass, plastic bags as necessary and label the location number on the sample container. At each sample site, dig circular hole about 15118 inches deep and obtain soil samples beneath the humus layer. Amount of soil in the sample should be simi liar in size to samples taken in Phases 1 to 3. Identify by location, each sample that is taken. Once sampling is done please contact Peter Blue, and advise him when the samples will be shipped to Toronto for assaying. Submit a wrtten summary to Peter Blue of work done and that would be acceptable to the Ministry when submitted for A WC.

Description of Ground - Dense bush, rocky terrain. Verti4:;al cliffs, wide swamps. A few open areas of rough ground. Some hmd covered by overburden, with rock outcrops showing in places. Exhibit 2 attached descri'bes the terrain in detail,

1.10 Soil samples obtained 10 Sept, 08, tl~om Cllaims 575769 and 4205079, by Contractor Davi:d ValliLlee. On 3 June, 08 Blue and helper inspected site, but, samples had not been taken as of that date (see narrative). On 13 Sept, Blue and helper inspected site. The 10 samples had been taken by Vallillee. While on site one additional sample taken at locat:lon #71 and gathered information re future soil sampling that was done 24 Oct., 08 (has not been reported yet - still waHlllg lC::;UltS 01 assay~) un 1/ :sept 08 submitted 11 soil samples to SGS Labs in Toronto for assay. Duplicate of samples held for future evaluation.

Summary - Assay results received from SOS in Toronto" show elevated values of gold and 1)r~millm in some of the samples. 13 more soil samples were taken 24 October, 2008, and assay results are penc,:ng. Onc,e received, a decision VI/ill be made to do fu11her work if the assay results show a good re,t::=on to do so. In the interim, efforts will continue to get a reputable mining exploration comI'any involved in taking on the property.
