INTRODUCTION:

St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. holds an unpatented 2 unit mining claim in the northwestern corner of Hislop Township, Larder Lake Mining Division, District of Cochrane, Ontario.

Kian Jensen of K.A. Jensen A Associates Ltd. and Victor Verkhogliad, of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. commenced the geological mapping of the NW Hislop Claim Group on October 16 with completion on October 22, 2001.

The property is located approximately 5.4 km east of Matheson, Ontario and approximately 74.9 km east of Timmins, Ontario.

LOCATION, ACCESS AND INFRASTRUCTURE:

The NW Hislop Claim Group consists of a 2 unit unpatented mining claim (L- 1207339) which is located in the northwestern portion of Hislop Township (Claim Map G-3650), Larder Lake Mining Division, District of Cochrane, Ontario. The project area is located in NTS 42 A/9 and approximately Latitude 480 31' and Longitude 800 24'.

Access to the northern property boundary is via Highway 11 to Highway 101 East approximately 5.4 km east of Matheson, Ontario. The eastern boundary of the project area is an all weather gravel road, Hislop Road 6.

TOPOGRAPHY AND VEGETATION:

The mining claim is located on a relatively flat land on the south side of Highway 101 East. Small hills occur in the southern portion of the property. A deep gully is present in the southwestern corner of the property.

Continental ice sheets glaciated Northern Ontario at least four times during the Pleistocene. The last glaciation, the Laurentide of Wisconsinan age, is preserved in the mine site area. By late Wisconsinan time, ice receded northeast through the area and deposited a variety of surficial materials including extensive ground moraine (till). Glaciolustrine sediments were deposited over the till. The site was probably ice free about 9000 years ago. Recent organic terrain developed in poorly drained depressions. These non-glacial deposits, together with the various glacial deposits, complete the quaternary to recent surficial deposits that form a continuous mantle over the bedrock.

The property is mostly covered by grass and hay in the northern portion and by tag alders, small young poplar, occasional mature poplar in the southern portion. The southwestern portion was logged and subject by a wind blow down. The property is used for hay harvesting and cattle raising.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AND AGREEMENTS:

St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. holds IQ.0% interest in a 2 unit mining claims, L-1207339, which was recorded on October 24, 1995. The property is located in the N1/2 of the N1/2 of Lot 12, Concession 6, Hislop Township, as shown in Figure 1.

The surface rights are owned by Mr. Bob Perratt of Matheson, Ontario.

REGIONAL GEOLOGY AND MINERALIZATION:

In the Timmins-Kirkland Lake portion of the Southwestern Abitibi Greenstone Belt, the Archean rocks form a thick succession of predominantly mafic volcanic rocks with lesser sedimentary and felsic volcanic units scattered throughout. The succession forms a broad, easterly plunging synclinorium stretching from around Timmins eastward through to the Noranda area of Quebec. The general geology of southwestern portion of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt and the location of the Hislop Project area is shown in Figure 2.

A number of major brittle to ductile deformation zones transgress these supracrustal rocks with the Porcupine-Destor Fault Zone (PDFZ) or "Break" being the most significant. Gold deposits are commonly localized within and close to the PDFZ along its 125 mile length from west of Timmins through the Matheson area and eastward beyond the Destor area of Quebec.

The PDFZ generally trends eastward, but in the HislopTownship area it traditionally has been identified as a fairly narrow southeast trending zone less than one kilometre to the north of the northernwest corner of the township. More recent work by Troop (1989) has outlined a much broader southeast-trending deformation zone in the area of the Hislop Mine stretching from the original PDFZ along the Pike River (Prest, 1957) south into the village of Holtyre and incorporating the Hislop Mine and Ross Mine Properties. Most of Hislop Township is underlain by mafic to ultramafic volcanic rocks typical of tholeiitic to komatiitic sequences with wacke-mudstone and felsic volcanic units interspersed locally. The rocks are intruded by a number of small granitic to syenitic sheets and stocks as well as local sills and dikes of diabase, gabbro and lamprophyre. Northeast of the PDFZ in Hislop Township is a thick north-facing sequence of arenites and argillites, part of the much more extensive Porcupine Sedimentary Group which may have formed in a linear rift basin bounded in part by a precursor to the PDFZ.

ECONOMIC GEOLOGY:

Gold exploration and mining activity have been continuous in the Matheson area from the early days of the Timmins gold camp to the present day. The Ross Mine,

located approximately 11 km southeast of the property, produced more than one million ounces of gold prior to closing in the mid 1980s. The Glimmer gold mine of Exall Resources Ltd. and Glimmer Resources Inc. is approximately 4.7 km to the east of the property on the PDFZ. Due to reactivation of exploration activity within the last few years, drilling has located new gold zones at Hoyle Pond, Pangea, and the Holt- McDermott Mine.

Numerous gold deposits occur in the vicinity of the PDFZ and related structures such as the Pipestone Fault. These include the major mines of the Timmins camp (Dome, Hollinger, Mcintyre, Pamour) which have produced over 64 million ounces of gold since 1910. A number of gold deposits have been discovered in more recent years, including the Holt-McDermott Mine, Holloway Mine, Owl Creek Mine, Bell Creek Mine, Hoyle Pond Mine, Stock Mine, Aquarius Mine, Maude Lake Deposit, Clavos Deposit, Glimmer Mine, Stroud Deposit, Fenn-Gib Deposit, Ludgate Deposit, Jonpol Mine and a number of other prospects.

Some of the PDFZ gold deposits extend from surface to several thousands of feet below surface, and some are blind deposits, in that they do not reach bedrock surface. The top of the Holloway deposit, for example, is over 1,000 ft. below surface.

HISTORY AND EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES:

During 1996, Areodat Limited completed an airborne geophysical survey for St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. which covered parts of 11 townships.

During October 1997, St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. established a metric grid with a 100 meter line spacing and picketed at 25 meter intervals. The baseline was established at the north property boundary with Line 0+00 established on the western boundary of the property.

A Real-Section IP survey and total field magnetic survey was conducted over the property by Quantec Inc. in 1997.

During August 1999, a single line of soil sampling was completed on the eastern boundary of the property.

GEOLOGICAL SURVEY:

Kian Jensen of K.A. Jensen Z Associates Ltd. and Victor Verkhogliad, of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. commenced trie geological mapping of the NW Hislop Claim Group on October 16 with completion On October 22, 2001.

The enclosed map indicates the vegetation, soil type and the outlines of the

results obtained from St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. aireborne geophysical survey. No outcrop was located on the property. Possible glacial boulders were located just south of the property boundary in the southwestern corner of the property.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

The geological survey failed to locate any bedrock outcrops. The airborne geophysical anomlies were obtained from the Aerodat Ltd. survey. The conclusions from the limited geochemical survey conducted in 1999 failed to locate any anomalous values to indicate a mineral potential.

Based upon the available information and the results of the current survey, it is the author's opinion that at this time, futher exploration work is not warranted.

Dated this 22nd Day of October, 2001

Respectfully submitted,

Kian A. Jensen B.Sc., P.Geo. Consulting Geologist/Geophysicist
