Irregular and Regular Polygon
What is Reflection? Reflection is a rigid motion,
meaning an object changes its position but not its size or shape.
In a reflection, you create a mirror image of the object. There is a particular line that acts like the mirror.
In reflection, the object changes its orientation (top and bottom, left and right). Depending on the location of the mirror line, the object may also change location (Annenberg Foundation, 2014).
What is Rotation? Rotation is a rigid motion,
meaning an object changes its position but not its size or shape.
In a rotation, an object is turned about a "center" point, through a particular angle. (Note that the "center" of rotation is not necessarily the "center" of the object or even a point on the object.)
In a rotation, the object changes its orientation (top and bottom). Depending on the location of the center of rotation, the object may also change location (Annenberg Foundation, 2014).
What is Translation? Translation is a rigid
motion, meaning an object changes its position but not its size or shape.
In a translation, an object is moved in a given direction for a particular distance.
A translation is therefore usually described by a vector, pointing in the direction of movement and with the appropriate length.
In translation, the object changes its location, but not its orientation (top and bottom, left and right).. (Annenberg Foundation, 2014).
What is a Selfie?A photograph that one has taken of oneself, typically one is taken with a Smartphone or webcam and uploaded to a social media website (Oxford University Press, 2014)
What is a regular and irregular polygon?
If all angles are equal and all sides are equal, then it is regular, otherwise it is irregular
Lets make our own Pop Art!
Make your own Pop Art Step one: Take a selfie of one or more
individuals with a digital camera or smart phone.
Make your own Pop Art Step 2: Upload the selfie to a computer. Open

Make your own Pop Art Step 3: Rotate the image “flip vertical” and/or “flip horizontal.” Step 4: Right click “control A” on each image then paste the image
on Word Document. Then align all the selfies and make sure there is no gaps or space in between.

Step 5: In word document, right click on the screen then choose “format picture.” Adjust the picture color by clicking “recolor” and then select your color choice.
Relations to Geometry
Pop Art with Reflection, Rotation, Translation
Reflection
Create a mirror image of the object. There is a particular line that acts like the mirror.
Rotation
The object is turned about a "center" point, through a particular angle.
Translation
