• We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has created and enacted a set of By-Laws to govern ADUG. You can view the By-Laws on the Meetup.com page under the “Files” tab in the group navigation.• Elections for the Board of Directors is set for the November meeting (second Thursday of the month). You will need to be in attendance in order to be either nominated and/or be able to vote.

• In-Person Board meetings are open to members of ADUG, but limitations on space can be enforced.
