DEPOSIT: Unless you are purchasing through a public school purchase order, all orders require a 50% deposit. We accept all major credit cards, checks and money orders. PAYMENT: Your final balance payment must clear PRIOR to shipping. There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: A RETURN AUTHORIZATION is required on all returns and exchanges. DANCE: Costumes ordered from our Dance collection must be returned in unsoiled and unaltered condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges for the same item in another size must be made within 45 days of delivery. TEAM G: Team G collection garments are custom items, these items are non-returnable / non-refundable. Customers may return a single custom sample uniform for 50% refund. PURCHASE ORDERS: All PO’s must be signed and approved by your appropriate governing official. PO’s will be verified and must be faxed, mailed or emailed to us before items are made. CUSTOM FIT SIZING: Available for dancers that have special sizing needs.
