prepared to pay living expenses of 750 – 1,500 Euro per month. These may be lower depending on where you work.

Housing Options
• Living with German students – Most students in Germany live in communal apartments or WGs (Wohngemeinschaft) rented by a group of individuals who share a kitchen and bath.
• Subletting – There are numerous websites/ online newspapers where people advertise rooms to rent.
• Rental Agency – A proportional sum is required by the agency (ca. 100 Euro for 2 months), but it assures that you have a clean room with sheets and towels.
• Universities – Some universities offer rooms to sublet during the summer months (Ferienvermietung, etc.).
