Once you’ve downloaded the Miami HEAT App, open the app, and complete the setup process. Once setup is complete, the first screen you’ll see is the featured tab. From there, tap on the HEAT logo at the bottom. When the menu opens, tap TICKETS. Sign in using HEAT Account Manager or your Ticketmaster.com Account login name and password * Once logged in, your tickets for all upcoming games will be displayed under the Events tab. Tap the game to open your mobile ticket(s). Swipe left or right to navigate your tickets. To enter the game, open the ticket screen and scan your ticket(s) at the gate. Enjoy the game! * NOTE: The first time you tap My Tickets, you will need to sign into your ticket account with your email – even if you signed into the Miami HEAT App using the same email. You should see all of your tickets preloaded in the Events tab.
If you do not, please make sure you are logged into your Ticketmaster account.
Find the game you’d like to transfer your tickets for and
tap on the button.
The screen below will appear. Tap Transfer.
Enter the recipient’s information. They’ll receive an offer email with your tickets.
Please note, they must accept the offer in order to have the tickets loaded
into their account!

Tap MANAGE in thetop right corner.
Scroll down and select the game for which you want to sell your tickets,
then tap RESELL.
Next, select the tickets you want to sell and tap CONTINUE. If this is the first time you’ve sold tickets, you’ll be prompted to set your preferences. This includes choosing your pricing method, when to remove the tickets from sale, how you’d like to get paid, etc. When
you’re all done, tap NEXT.
Enter the sales price for your tickets tap POST FOR SALE. That’s it! Your tickets
are now on the secondary market. Good luck!
