1. If a student is granted credit for previous studies, it will reduce the number of courses (units) required in the selected degree program at ANU. Any credit received will impact upon the choice of courses available to students studying at ANU.

2. It is the responsibility of the student to check when specific courses are offered at the ANU and to change their program study plan accordingly. More details can be found here: programandcourses.anu.edu.au

3. It is strongly recommended that students attend Orientation Week or meet with an academic adviser to confirm their program study plan when commencing their studies at the ANU.

4. Students who chose the Accounting major (8 courses) and would like professional accreditation will need to meet with an academic advisor to plan their program in order to be able to meet the major and professional requirements within the two year program.

5. The above arrangements are correct as at March 2017 for a period of three years and are subject to change.

6. Students must achieve a CGPA 3.0/4.0, where 2.0/4.0 is a pass, in order to be eligible for admission and up to one year of credit.

7. A minimum grade point of 2.75/4.0, Credit-2 or above is required per course for credit to be granted. If a student does not meet this entry requirement for a course, they will not receive credit for that particular course

8. A maximum of 8 courses or 48 units of credit will be granted towards the ANU program.

9. Students who have previously failed a course will need to achieve at least a grade point of 3.5/4.0, Distinction-1 or above when re-sitting that previously failed course in order for that course to be considered for credit towards their specified ANU program.

10. Each application for credit transfer will be assessed on an individual basis and the College will make the final decision.

* Note: This information is provided for your information only - you may not rely on it and must make your own enquiries about the rules that apply at the time you wish to make the credit transfer.
