How Much Does Participation Cost?$600 entry fee per team—this fee goes toward the cost of administering the award process.

$650 conference registration per team presenter—this fee includes attendance at ASQ’s World Conference on Quality and Improvement.

Recognizing and celebrating high-performance teams that epitomize the ASQ vision of a global community using quality concepts, technology, and tools to improve themselves and their world.

Final RoundStep 1. Qualifi ed teams (from the preliminary-round entry process) are notifi ed in early December of selection for the fi nal round.

Step 2. Teams confi rm their participation to present live at ASQ’s World Conference.

Step 3. Teams receive scoresheet/feedback report from ASQ.

Step 4. Live presentations, recognition, benchmarking, learning, and sharing best practices at ASQ’s World Conference on Quality and Improvement in May.

ASQ’s International Team Excellence Award process is the world’s premier team recognition program—awarding teams from companies large and small for their achievements in improving business performance.

Since 1985, more than 1,100 teams worldwide have participated in this leading process, saving their companies and organizations millions by creating effi ciencies and reducing waste.

Teams from Argentina, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States, and many more have been recognized and celebrated for epitomizing the use of quality concepts, technology, and tools to improve themselves and their world!

Preliminary RoundStep 1. Identify project(s) completed in the last two years that achieved measurable results for submission. This award process is open to teams from all over the world.

Step 2. Select up to fi ve entries from any participating site or location and complete the Intent to Submit form—due in early July.

Step 3. Create a PowerPoint presentation that describes your completed project and ensure that it is aligned with ASQ’s International Team Excellence Award criteria.

Step 4. Complete the online entry form and submit payment—due in early September.
