Profile Information

• Go to your Pro Dashboard

• Click Customize Channel

You can click and dragmodules up or down to change order

Click on the X to remove a panel

• Second Tab is ‘Themes’

• This is for colors, transparency/opacity

• Preset themes, or build your own

Use these colors to create your ‘look and feel’

Click for color palette. This will change the

color of links on the page

This controls the transparency of the

boxes around your presentations &

documents.

Upload a Channel Header, dimensions are960x100 pixels

Upload a background image. You can choose if the background image is fixed or not while scrolling.

Sub-categories for Content

Sub-categories are the most powerful feature for managing your content

• Upload and tag your content

• Click on one of your tags

o Towards the bottom of the Left-hand column

• Click on the tag you want to turn into a sub-category

• Next screen will have a “Show content tagged…” box like below

• Check “Show on Channel”

• Rename Box Title if needed

Most traffic can come from search, use your SEO keywords and search phrases in:

• Your profile information

• The Names/Tags of Content Modules

• On content titles, descriptions and tags

• The content itself of the presentation or document is transcribed for search indexing

40 or more uploaded assets recommended

• Customers like Pfizer use content control features in Pro Platinum for regulatory compliance

• Presentations: pdf, ppt, pps, pptx, ppsx, pot, potx (Powerpoint); odp (OpenOffice); key, zip (Apple Keynote).

• Documents: pdf, doc, docx, rtf, xls (MSOffice); odt, ods(OpenOffice); Apple iWork Pages.

• Max file size: 100MB for presentations & documents. 500MB for videos.
