Textbooks and other digital resources are
housed in a district created course which you
will have to copy into your teacher’s chancery
courses.
From the Course Tree, open
the content folder of the re-
sources you wish to copy.
In the content block,
select the box next to the
content to be copied.
Click “Action” and

When copying Student Resource Collections, it will be necessary for teachers to import
any textbook links that may be involved from the HUB Library, and then “tree-link” those
textbook links to the appropriate icon in the Student Resource Guide.
The example below show the process for correctly linking to the AP Human Geography
textbook. This process would be the same for other textbooks.
First, click on the folder for AP Human Geography in the Course Tree of the course Sec-
ondary Curriculum — School Name.”

In this example, you already see the link to the HUB Library for the AP Human Geography textbook. If you did not see that
link, you would click on the AP Human Geography folder and then click the +Add button to add new content to that folder.
When you click that +Add button, you should see what is shown in the picture below.
Now, you will want to select Content from library.
After you choose Content from library as the type of content that you want to add, you will be taken to the library
search page. You would then search by publisher (see attached list) or you can search by the title of the book or re-
source.

Once you find the book or resource that you want to add, click +Add on the right of the resource as shown below.
You will then return to your course. You should see the AP Human Geography item in the folder called AP Human
Geography. Right click on this item, and choose Copy Link Address.
Right click on AP Human Geography and select
Copy Link Address.
Now click on the Student Resource Guide—AP Human Geography page.

Click in the place on the page that you want to be the place to launch the link to the book or resource. In this
case, since it is a book, you would click on the upper right content block where the students are directed to access
their book. You would choose to Edit that content block by clicking the pencil icon. If no pencil icon appears, then
you can click the Settings, choose Create New Version, and then refresh the page. After you refresh, you will have
pencil icon to edit the page.

and create a new ver-
sion if you do not have

When you open the content block to edit it, select the Link icon (looks like an infinity symbol) and then paste the link
that you copied from the course tree (where you right-clicked on the AP Human Geography item) in the box next to
the Http://. You are now finished connecting this resource.

PLAN B
Redundant access to all materials still exists. All textbooks will still have links on
the Digital Resources Page in the HUB (see below). Any links that are not currently
there may not yet be fully active, but will be added this week. Also, the Education
Technology team has prepared individual guidance documents for every resource,
and these are in the attached folder.
