Preparation Instructions Water Bath Directions: Place pouch(es) in 185-195°F (85-90°C) water in a steam jacketed kettle or water bath. Do not overcrowd. Allow water to return to temperature before timing. Heating time will vary depending upon the number of pouches to be heated. • Frozen: 85-90 minutes. • Tempered: 60-65 minutes. Turn pouch(es) 2-3 times during heating. Prior to serving, gently shake pouch(es). Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
