HYDROGEN THE CLEAN ENERGY GAME CHANGER

“Spending hundreds and hundreds and hun-

Globe Have Two Leading Problems

Not Enough Power And Increasing Carbon Emissions.

As desire of 7.2 billion people for better standard of living and

growth continues to expand around the world, the need for

power and more energy will require countries to significantly

increase their power generation. This requirement is profound.

The problem is; with ongoing growth, we need to burn more

fossil fuels as energy requirements and usage will increase.

By default, burning fossil fuels come with unavoidable ever in-

creasing volumes of CO2 emissions causing the GW, our most

troubling and most costly environmental problem.

Power generation and transportation are the largest source of

CO2 emissions, continue to add up and remain in our atmos-

phere for some 1000 years. CO2 and rest of GWG are harmful

to our health and to our planet endangering the human survival.

The fossil-fuel industry’s success in safeguarding its own eco-

nomic interests is no longer tolerable. The industry is refusing

any responsibility and being allowed passing all obligations in-

cluding the immense cost to mitigate the global damages to

public.

The regulators must stop the conflicting fossil fuels policies and

focus on the biggest problem; the fossil fuels use in extremely

wasteful, with low inefficient energy conversion process.

In power generation 80% cost of day to day operation is spent

on fuel. Yet 65% of the fuels energy in form of heat is intention-

ally dumped, with other 10-15 % of energy lost in transmission.

In transportation ~ 85% of fuels energy is totally wasted due to

inefficiency of relic IC engine. Protecting entrenched industry

profits, and their inefficient ICE seem more important than envi-

ronmental damage. While for many decades they known that

Cost - effective hydrogen from water is no longer the missing link in

the Hydrogen Energy and Economy - Conversion Value Chain.

We now have the proprietary knowhow and ability to produce the

cheapest, the most energetic non-polluting hydrogen based fuel.

Using an outside the box and unconventional approach with help of

nanotechnology inserted into old process of water electrolysis al-

lows us to produce eH2Fuel at ~50 cents per kg/2.2 lbs. any time,

and all the time, based on 10 cents per kWh cost of electricity, and

$5 per ton/ 264.2 gal/1000 liters of municipal tap water in U.S.

This is the only technology without any limitations that has the ca-

pability over next 20-30 years to completely avoid the CO2 emis-

sions displace the fossil fuels burning, and reverse the Global

Warming if we are the only one responsible.

Unlocking the Global Potential of eH2Fuel

TM

Globally 1.5 billion people are still with-

out access to electricity and about 3

billion still use solid fuels - wood, char-

coal, coal, and dung for cooking and

heating.

eH2Fuel has no carbon content be-

cause the source is water that is abun-

dant... easy and cheap to access...and

about to make fossil fuels obsolete.

Hydrogen liberated from water is a

clean universal fuel that burn in pres-

ence of oxygen like all fuels but giving

out more energy on mass bases than

oil, natural gas and coal combined, with

only pure water vapor as is emission.

Hydrogen will produce clean electricity

and electricity can produce renewable

hydrogen, creating an energy loop that

is repeatable, sustainable and harmless

to the environment.

This hydrogen fuel may be produced

continuously in any desired volume, no

storage or transportation is ever need-

ed. Hydrogen will run virtually every

application and able to replace burning

the fossil fuels used today. eH2Fuel

used in decentralized CHP can gener-

ate electricity heat our homes and com-

mercial buildings more efficiently than

any central power plant will ever will.

Like all common fuels, hydro-gen is only combustible in the presence of oxygen in the air. Hydrogen has properties that make it more advantageous with respect to safety. Hydro-gen it is non-toxic, harmless to people and the environment. It is the lightest element on earth, thus, if released into the air, it disperses very quickly, reduc-ing the potential for accumula-tion and unwanted or accidental combustion.

‘HYDROGEN’ SOLUTION THE BEST IN ENERGY QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY

eH2Fuel from Water is Domestic Energy Resource

Will provide energy independence

Will be economic without subsidies

Will not increase use of fossil fuels

Will not increase prices of other sectors (like food)

Will not create additional environmental problems

Will drastically reduce CO2 and threat of GW

Will create millions of new long term job opportunities

Will provide independence from fossil fuels

Will reduce dependency on all energy imports

Will guarantee security of energy supply

Will reverse the negative world trends

Will end the transfer of wealth to unfriendly nations

WATER - is non-combustible,

and infinitely safer than liquid

fossil fuels, and since it contains

no carbon in its structure, it is

carbon natural and environmen-

tally friendly.

Cubic meter of water weight's one ton, and contains 111.18kg /244.46bs. of pure hy-drogen whereas a cubic meter of liquid hydrogen weight's only 71 kg/156.2 lbs.

Thus, water packs more mass of hydrogen and store more energy per unit volume, than hydrogen itself because of its tight molecu-lar structure.

Ton of Heptane - base of gaso-line store ~113 kg/248.6 lbs. of hydrogen-the true fuel, combined with 886 kg/1949 lbs. of carbon along with 1kg/2.2 lbs. of impuri-ties. All hydrocarbon fuels are molecular combinations of hy-drogen and carbon atoms, each with a specific combination of carbon and hydrogen atoms.

That is the same carbon that oil

companies are trying desperately

to clean up and remove from

their fuels. Because every kg/2.2

lbs. of carbon burned, whether

contained in coal, natural gas,

gasoline, diesel, kerosene, or

any other hydrocarbon fuel, una-

voidably leads to 3.66 kg of CO2

emissions. Hydrogen has all the

right attributes, environmentally

benign character and ability to

bring about the much needed

energy sustainability, with the

door wide open to full clean en-

ergy independence to all coun-

tries.

Over 70% of our globe is covered with oceans with average depth of 2.9 miles, estimated to be around 340 million cubic miles. (We already burned through half of Oil reserves estimated at very questionable un-proven 30–40 cubic miles still in ground). 200 Million tons of ocean water is available for every person on earth, family of five “owns” enough sea water to fill lake 6 miles by 6 miles and 40 feet deep. Hydrogen is safely stored in this vast amount of water in our oceans, lakes and rivers and polar ice caps.

Advantages of Hydrogen Energy -

No carbon is ever needed to be involved!

Hydrogen is the most vigorous and universal of all the fuels where on mass basis store over three times the energy of fossil fuels. When we split water and burn the hydrogen it recombines again with oxygen in the air and reform back to water, releasing lots of clean energy in form of heat for us to harness and use.

We could not dream up more elegant, more simple or more efficient hy-

drogen storage than is provided to us by nature. Contrary to popular be-

lieve splitting water is the simplest and most straightforward electrochemi-

cal process to obtain the hydrogen as a primary product. The hydrogen

doesn’t need exploration, drilling, refining or even transportation. eH2Fuel

is the only fuel that may be produced in any desired amount in only few

seconds, and used directly on site, there is no need to wait millions of

years to be created like all the fossil fuels.

The beauty is when we burn hydrogen from water, we may use the large

amount of energy released, and it will recombine back to water. The cycle

may be repeated over and over again, we will never run out of this energy

source. When it comes to fossil fuels; there is no recycling, we may only

burn the fossil fuels once, and they are gone forever, but the CO2 released

from its combustion stay in our atmosphere for some thousand years.

Governments and the big establishment controlling our fossil fuels energy

are spending billions, but funding more their PR than the search for better

energy storage. It is obvious that it is not in their best interest to find any-

thing that will threaten to replace their fossil fuels industry. That is why

their billions spent on research will never find the most obvious; the hydro-

gen stored in water, because water is one of most abundant resource in

the world and everybody can get it. For all practical purposes' there is un-

limited amount of clean energy stored in our oceans, lakes and rivers readi-

ly available, in form of hydrogen safely bound with oxygen.

Target Global Markets

There are millions of large residential, commercial and industrial buildings

in US but much larger energy market share falls outside the US, where cost

of energy in many cases is two to three times higher that in US. Each one of

those countries has large residential and commercial building stock with

similar characteristics of thermal and electric loads for eH2Fuel-CHP. Exam-

ples of some of those applications in US are listed below. Many residential,

commercial and light industrial applications have higher base thermal

needs relative to the electric use, especially true for thermal consumption

in the cooler months for heating and cooling in summer. Such applications

include resorts. hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, college and universities

campuses, and light manufacturing among many others.

More than ever, we live in a world where changes to the economy, society,

and to the environment are so fundamental that the past is no longer a reli-

able guide to the future. Even more important than ever we have to look

into future and face the reality, that in order to keep what we achieved this

far we must take some extreme steps and force some uncompromising

changes especially when it comes to energy if we are to survive without the

looming global calamity.

Making heat and power cheaper and clean, allows for better ROI for inves-

tors and stakeholders than with any fossil fuel system, should get every-

body’s attention.

EU Market size is 160 million build-

ings and cost of energy is higher,

in number of countries as much as

three times the cost in US and

most would welcome carefree

cheaper clean energy.

US Market size is 142 million build-

ings and most would welcome

cheaper clean energy. Number of

U.S. commercial buildings: is 5.6

million. Number of U.S. industrial

facilities: is 346,000. Combined

annual energy costs for U.S. com-

mercial buildings and industrial

facilities is $400 billion.

eH2Fuel may be used in all appli-

cations where fossil fuels are now

used, with only minor adjustment,

only due to much higher energy

content.

eH2Fuel on kg/kg basis when

burned in CHP system producing

electricity and heat using the elec-

tricity to charge electric cars with

90% efficiency has 22 times the

energy of coal, 3.7 times the ener-

gy of natural gas and 18 times the

heat energy of gasoline.

It is now easy to go green.

Market Size for Hydrogen Energy and Economy

Page 5: GH2EG Executive Summary

Renewables wind and so-

lar have very high capital

cost but have low efficiency

due to intermittent nature of

wind and solar radiation.

Wind doesn't always blow

and sun doesn't shine at

night when electricity and

light is needed most. Based

on strictly economics, the

industry will not survive a

day without the heavy public

financial support.

Just as with all fossil fuels

energy systems, it is easy to

attach meter to hydrogen

system, yet far more profita-

ble because water at around

$ 5 per ton is low-cost feed-

stock for hydrogen, without

the burden of creating envi-

ronmental disaster. Crude oil

even at current low prices' is

still about $250 per ton.

Economics of Cogenera-

tion just got even better

Cogeneration optimizes the

energy supply to all types of

consumers, with many bene-

fits for both users and socie-

ty at large: eH2Fuel/ImHP -

CHP burning eH2Fuel offers

by far the best economics of

any energy system in use

and doesn't need a

handouts from governments

to be economically viable.

Electrolysis of water and

CHP are mature and availa-

ble technology. Dramatic

savings are achievable by

moving away from central to

DE and CHP where conver-

sion of fuels energy is in

range of 90% efficiency,

simply by utilizing most of

the fuels energy and availa-

ble heat, for space heating/

cooling and hot water, the

same heat that central pow-

er generation system must

intentionally dump because

their relic system is unable

to use all of the lower tem-

perature heat.

CHANGING ENERGY QUALITY

The major benefits of a conversion to Hydrogen energy and economy are the near-

elimination of air pollution morbidity and mortality and global warming, due to fossil

fuels use, but will allow for new job creation, energy-price stability, reduced interna-

tional conflict over energy because each country will largely be energy independent,

increased accessed to distributed energy and reduced energy poverty to the 4 billion

people worldwide who currently collect their own energy and burn it, and reduced

risks of large-scale system disruptions because much of the world power supply will

be decentralized.

There are many variations of cogeneration in use around the world today. However,

in most part, those systems use nonrenewable polluting fossil fuels.

eH2Fuel/CHP reduces need for new transmission lines – avoids the need to build

costly, hazardous new high-voltage lines over landowner, environmental opposition.

A distributed energy future would save billions of capital investment and reduce the

cost of new power by about half per kWh. With eH2Fuel/CHP systems located at

point of use, line losses are eliminated. Allowing for 10% energy loss the net gain of

electrical and thermal energy is ~ 31 kWh from each kg of fuel, compare that to 1

kWh per kg of coal.

Energy is all about heat “the cleaner the better”; and it takes lots of effort and money

to find, mine, extract, process, and deliver fossil fuels to produce power. But globally

we are not just allowing, but in fact rewarding power utilities and the archaic central

power generation system to utterly waste and over 2/3 of the heat energy locked in

the fossil fuels.

With input of 100% fossil fuels energy at the power plant level, the net output arriving

at our electrical outlet is only measly 13-15% of the fuels original energy, or put it

other way; depending on country there is a 85 -87% fuels energy loss, ~65% is due

to power generation, 10-15% is lost in high voltage transmission and ~5-7% is lost in

power down to customer 110/220 V level. That simply means that from every dollar

utilities spent on fuel, 87 cents is totally wasted, and charged the customers for their

system inefficiency and the process.

Every gallon/3.785 liters of gasoline burned in our vehicles will release about 20

pounds of CO2 into the atmosphere. The average vehicle emits between 6 to 9 tons

of CO2 each year. And there are over billion vehicles driving the roads of the world .

Economic

Cost Efficiency: The most useful way of rating the efficiency of a hydrogen genera-

tion is calculating the energy required to produce kg of hydrogen. If the cost of elec-

tricity is known, it is simple to convert to the cost of a kg of hydrogen fuel essentially

the cost of a gge. EU cost € 0.15 per kWh and 4.65 kWh/kg plus € 5 per m3 of wa-

ter, kg of eH2Fuel cost € 0.70 and deliver 31 kWh of clean CHP for € 0.022 kWh.

Investing and bringing to the global markets environmentally clean and affordable hydrogen technology that will revolutionize the entire energy industry

THE MOST DISRUPTIVE ENERGY TECHNOLOGY – World will never be the same. Global Hydrogen Energy Group (GH2EG) under formation is endeavoring

to follow in footsteps of Solar City (SCTY) and intends to issue bonds

backed by eH2Fuel/ImPS assets later this year. The eH2Fuel/ImHP asset

backed securities pool together with long term 10 years power and heat

purchase agreements (HPPA) from thousands of small individual

eH2Fuel/ImHP plants placed in residential and commercial CHP leases,

and pass on some of the steady monthly payments from these assets to

debt investors. GH2EG have been seeking better ways to fund its lucra-

tive lease projects as the federal RE investment tax credit, which has tra-

ditionally helped to attract capital from tax equity investors, securitization

of its assets through ETF and green bonds is becoming an important

mechanism for the industry, and will expect to play in much larger role in

the near future. - See more at: http://cleantechfinance.net/impact-

investing/institutions-snap-up-green-bonds-as-more-investors-see-clean-

The value proposition for hydrogen technology and economy is that it is

able to run and generate not just electricity but cogenerate heat and pow-

er 24/7/365 a huge advantage over intermittent solar and wind and partic-

ularly strong for individual on site carefree co-generation in millions of

residential and commercial buildings. In majority of buildings the energy

demand is around 60-70% for space heating/cooling and hot water, only

some 30% energy demand is for electricity. Thus, the technology offers

an opportunity to address real world energy needs and dramatic energy

cost savings and not focusing only on electrical power delivery.

Scaling up the commercialization of hydrogen technology holds not just a

promise to disrupting some of the world’s largest markets mainly energy

related, but it will drive the next wave of wealth creations, while at the

same time addressing many of the global most pressing questions, envi-

ronment, climate change, sustainability, energy independence, and avoid-

ing the misery of military conflicts trying to secure the sources of oil re-

serves in unstable unfriendly world regions.

The beauty of thinking beyond oil and fossil fuels is that the enormous

wealth fossil fuels created for only the fortunate few controlling fossil fuels

reserves. Water to hydrogen energy and economy will redefine the energy

landscape allowing anyone to patriciate, and share the new prosperity

from jobs and wealth creation.

eH2Fuel/ImCHP (Independent micro Combined Heat and Power) is a ‘Renewable Green’

flexible co-generation system designed to run 24/7/365. With small footprint, utilizing Stirling

engine or Micro Turbine, the system simultaneously generate all the electricity, space heat/

cooling and hot water one would ever be able to use. All from only one source the hydrogen

fuel, easily reaching over 90% efficiency in fuel to useful energy conversion transfer without

any dangerous emissions. New business model is based on 10-year signed lease HPPA

(Heat and Power Purchase Agreement). Co-generation offers the best of both worlds and is

highly proven technology, adding eH2Fuel to the system makes it only better.

The projections below are based on manufacturing capacity of one existing operating plant; many

manufacturing plants would be needed around the world to reach the targets to eliminate emitting

CO2 by 2050. Worldwide we must gradually replace all 45 000 CO2 emitting central power plants.

*EU has building stock of ~160 million and some 70 - 80% are suited for CHP.

(Heat and Power Purchase Agreement). Agreement for energy management bundled with

carefree supply of clean heat and electricity will guarantee of minimum of 20% for residential

and 25% for commercial customers providing discount/SAVINGS from grid cost, and will

completely avoid any need and additional costs for space heating and cooling for the duration

of the HPPA.
