Gifting Program Policies
Group is responsible for assigning recipients and providing delivery selection
(check-in or pillow drop).
Group must provide completed order selection two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
Hotel responsible for making gift purchases according to guarantees given by client.
If item selection exceeds 50 items, three (3) weeks notice is required.
Hotel not responsible for item availability at time of selection.
All selections are nonrefundable and 100% cancellation applies.
