According to many, the majority of restaurant fires originate on the kitchen cooking appliances

and flare into the kitchen exhaust system. By keeping these systems working at their best, they

will evacuate the smoke and grease out of the building and produce a cleaner, cooler kitchen and

better working environment for staff.

A proper exhaust system is essential in kitchens to ensure that they are odor free and grease free.

Gas cook tops add three unwelcomed gases to the environment , these gases are carbon dioxide,

carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide. It is very necessary to get rid of these gases from the air

in the kitchen to provide a safe work environment.

Hoods, grease removal devices, fans, ducts and other appurtenances shall be cleaned to bare

metal at frequent intervals prior to surface becoming heavily contaminated with grease or oily

Client work order- Based on our inspection, we will send you Standard quotation for our

services & also explain critical aspects for preventive maintenance. Once the confirmation is

received from the client in the form of PO or work order, we will proceed with further services.

Work-in-progress- Working process includes Inside cleaning (hoods, filters and duct) and

Outside cleaning (fan, duct, and roof area with approved degreasers) cleaning of the system can be

accomplished by manual cleaning, pressure washing, or steam cleaning.

Picture verification system- Every kitchen exhaust systems cleaning service is documents with

photos (before and after). Every customer is given web site access to view pictures documenting

the condition before and after every kitchen exhaust system cleaning service.

Documentation and Billing- Once all work has been verified, we generate an invoice that can be

hard copy, emailed, or faxed depending on the client preference.
