Goal Getter Order Card:Chance to win a Girl Scouts Samoa Build-A-Bear 1. Girls need to complete 20 lines of their Goal Getter Order card (or 20 packages) to be entered to win. 2. Girls have two options to turn in their completed order cards: 1) Turn into their troop leader/Cookie manager by midnight on 2/14 OR 2)turn into GSHNC Product Sales staff by emailing a copy of the order card to [email protected] . If you choose to email your order card to GSHNC, your troop leader will still need to get a copy of the order card so your order can be inputted into ebudde. 3. Troop Leader/Troop Cookie Managers will have until 2/16 to input the orders into ebudde. When enter-ing these Goal Getter Orders please complete the followi ng steps:- in ebudde, click on the GIRL ORDER tab- choose the appropriate girl in your troop and click on her name- click ADD TRANS.- a green box will appear on the bottom left, under the comment section, please include text GOAL GETTER, so we can accurately track the promotion.- continue filling in the green boxes by inserting the number of packages ordered either CFT (Cookies for the Troops) or Other -then click OK (bottom right)-then click SAVE (top left)The Product Sales team will be pulling the Monday 2/17.
Cookie Club & National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend1. Troop Leaders/Troop Cookie Manager will need to verify all girls in the troop have a login and password. 2. Girls need to send at least 20 emails in cookie club by 2/14 by midnight. 3. Product Sales team will pull a report through Cookie Club to verify emails sent. 4. We did include messaging in Cookie Club, however please help us remind girls/customers that Thank You Berry Munch and Dulce De Leche are not availalbe after initial order. We will also be closing Cookie Club and requesting all orders be in by 3/1 so girls have time to turn in orders and distribute cookies. Troop Leaders & Troop Cookie Managers- please remember all cookies ordered through these promo-tions are not includuded as part of your initial order and therefore will not be included in the initial draw of ACH on 2/25.

entered into the drawing. Girls will also need to turn in their original Goal Getter Order Card to their Troop Leader/Troop Cookie Manager so cookies can be picked up from the cupboard and orders can be entered on the Girl Order.
3. Troop Leader/Troop Cookie Managers will collect Goal Getter Order Cards and tally amount of additional cookies needed . These additional cookies will be picked up from Cookie Cupboards (all open 2/14). Once cupbard order is logged into ebudde, TL/TCM can enter these additional orders into ebudde (by 2/23) using the following steps. When entering these Goal Getter Orders please complete the following steps: - In ebudde, click on the GIRL ORDER tab. - Choose the appropriate girl in your troop and click on her name. - Click ADD TRANS. - A green box will appear on the bottom left, under the comment section,
