Back to Nature 2hrs £80Start off with a full body hot stone massage to relax your body and mind. Followed by a customised facial focusing on relaxation using cold stones for facial drainage. Ideal for sinus and headaches.

Holistic Ritual 90min £60To start your holistic journey, you will receive express reflexology to help unblock your energy flow and balance your mind and body, followed with the Hopi Ear Candle treatment, great for headaches and sinus problems as well as being deeply relaxing. Your journey will finally end with a mini facial focusing on pressure point massage of the face, shoulder and scalp to take you to a completely new level of relaxation.

Power of the Sea 90min £70This ishga package begins with a powerful Hebridean sea salt oil scrub and body wrap which combines the detoxifying and nourishing effect of the purest seaweed gel with the stimulating and hydrating properties of the scrub. Whilst you are wrapped you will receive an exfoliating mask and relaxing scalp massage. You will receive a full body application of ishga lotion which will cleanse, tone and moisturise the skin to complete the experience.

Spa Arrival & EtiquetteIn order to familiarise yourself with the facilities and relax before your treatments, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. Please note that should you arrive late for your appointment, all treatments will have to end on time to avoid inconvenience for other EVE guests.Health MattersPlease inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking (e.g. high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies) you will be asked to complete a medical history from upon arrival, so we can best meet your needs. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after treatments is not recommended. Spa AttireIf you are receiving treatments, you will receive a towel and a robe to wear during your time, a locker will be provided for your personal belongings. While our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy, for your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments. Those visiting the Thermal Experience will receive a towel on arrivals; please note swimsuits are required at all times in the Thermal Experience.
