Binding $35

Not sure how to bind your finished project? Let’s start small, with some quick

pot holders. Using fabric or blocks from a panel, you can get lots of practice

applying binding, making mitered corners and finishing quickly! We will

make our own binding and we can even do a little free motion quilting or

practice straight lines with the walking foot! You are welcome to bring your

own fabric or orphan blocks. You’ll be ready to finish those UFO’s in no time!

Dimensional Curves - Sheep Happens $35

“Sheep Happens” is a fun and easy quilt featuring a silly Sheep block

(10" square), which can be used in a child's quilt, or as a fun wall hanging.

Size: 42" x 46" Piecing a curved quilt becomes as easy as sewing a straight

line. The dimensional piecing technique consists of layering and inserting

folded fabric pieces into the seam line of a pieced unit or block.

Twister Technique - Baby Chevron Twist $55

July 18 and July 25 (Monday) 10-3 or

Two day class, featuring the “Baby Chevron Twist” by Simply Twisted

Design, the twisted chevron rows on this baby quilt creates a contemporary

look. In this class you will learn how to do the twister technique. It takes a

few more steps, but the end result is well worth the effort.

We will do this as a two day class. Day 1: You will cut your squares (3 ½’’)

and learn how to assemble the basic rows and border. Day 2: You will learn

how to use your Primitive Pinwheels Ruler to cut the pinwheel blocks and

how to assemble the rows again into your finished top! Pattern and

Primitive Tool required.

again? Come and join Jenny to get you going again on your

Judy Niemeyer project. If you have taken a paper piecing class

at Glacier Quilts in the past, there is no charge for the finish up

day. It is always more fun to sew with a group.

If not, there is a fee of $25 for the day.

Do you have a Bali Pop or Jelly roll you are not sure what to do

with? This is a great pattern to use, because only one set of 40

strips is needed. Pattern is designed with the beginner in mind,

but can also be fun for an advanced quilter! Quilt finishes twin

size, 70"x 92" or you can add borders if you want it a larger size.

beautiful placemats with sharp points and curved seams with

ease. The flower placemats pattern provides enough papers to

make (4) flowers. The pattern includes the quilting design on

newsprint, right in the pattern for you to trace onto your finished

petals! Additionally, this pattern will include a scanable link

directly to a video of Judy showing the technique for applying the

binding! The pattern is both Fat Quarter and Yardage friendly,

giving you the options to get as colorful as you like with your

petals! The Impatiens and Dogwood patterns includes a package

of (4) Stitch-N-Peel Flower Centers for a perfectly sized applique

Class Fee is due at time of registration to receive the

supply list, a 10% supply discount and to guarantee

your spot in the class.

The day of your class your purchases will be

discounted 10%, excluding sewing machines, cabinets,

consignments and gift cards. This is the last day the

discount will be given for the class project.

Phone reservations accepted with credit card only.

We would appreciate cancellations 5 days in advance

to receive a refund or store credit. If you are a no

show for the class, your fee is forfeited.

If class registration is below minimum we will make

every effort to fill the class. If the class must be

cancelled we will notify you and refund your fee or

issue store credit.
