After the introduction of new economic policy 1991,

•The share of services in GDP increased with high tempo.

•Share of secondary sector in GDP increased with moderate speed.

•The primary sector has registered a continuous decline in its share to GDP.

• Contribution of the IT sector to India’s GDP rose to approximately 9.5% in FY 15 from 1.2% in FY 98

• TCS is the market leader , accounting for about 10.1% of India’s total IT sectors.
