Sharing Media in a Videoconference

All of the devices available in Class Presentation Mode are available for use and to share media in Videoconference mode except for the Blu-Ray Player. Media shown on the Blu-Ray will not be visible to the remote location - it will only bee seen in the local class.

All other devices are selected and used the same way as in Presentation mode.

The content being shown on the selected device will display locally on the middle monitor and will be transmitted to the remote room.

Both rooms can control what is displayed as shared media. The last room to select the media controls what is being shared.

If one room wishes to switch out of collaboration mode and display media to the local room only, tap the Local button. If the word Local is green, the media is seen only in the local class. If the word Content is green, the media is being shared and seen by both the local and remote class.
