Before founding GLOBAL CLEAN 1981, Jorge worked with his father at Pioneer Janitorial Service for over 10 years, working for las Maquiladoras in Juarez, Mexico. While helping his father run the family business, Jorge developed the skills required to start his own janitorial company. From the beginning, Jorge put his experience to work and has since created a suc-cessful business by focusing on client satisfaction and employee development. Today, Jorge oversees all of the company’s activities, and is completely involved in all phases of the busi-ness to ensure the standards of the company are met at every job site.

Quality Assurance Inspections

GLOBAL CLEAN Quality Assurance Program is integrated through every level of our organization.

• Our Supervisor is in charge of daily cleaning operations of the customer’s facility and inspects the quality of our work during and after the cleaning process one or more days a week.

• The Supervisor inspects the facility during or immediately after the cleaning process one or more times a month.

• The Owner inspects the facility during the day and talks with our customer or the person that is in charge of the facility at least once a month.

• A Quality Assurance Card, addressed to the Owner (Federico Gonzalez), is left with the customer periodically. This allows us to obtain ongoing customer feedback directly to the top of our organization.

• GLOBAL CLEAN offer to set-up a clock to check in-out the employees schedule.

Experienced Employees

Employees are the second most important part of our company. Our ability to recruit and retain good employees is attributed to several factors:

• Candidates are interviewed and carefully screened to ensure we hire only those with the highest integrity and work ethic;

• Security of customers’ facilities is of major importance to us. A standard drug-screening test as well as an in-depth criminal background check is made;

• Each applicant’s work history is reviewed in detail for at least the previous five years. Whenever possible, we contact previous supervisors to discover the character and work ethic of the applicant;

• Each new employee is quickly oriented via our training program which includes pictures and training material specifically developed by National Learning Corporation and Laun-Dry, Supply Company, Inc;

• An ongoing tutoring program insures employees continually receive critical safety training and vital instruction to keep current on any important issues.

we want to be treated has enabled us to retain quality employees over the years. Although turnover has always been this industry’s biggest problem, treating our employees better and paying them more decreases some of this turnover problem.

Employee Training

GLOBAL CLEAN understands the importance of properly trained employees. As a result, we develop specific technical training using the Building Custodian Passbook.

The Building Custodian Passbook is a workbook, translated into several languages and sold throughout the United States. Also we are supporting by Laun-Dry, Supply Company, Inc., they have different kinds of seminars that help us to train our employees and how to use the cleaning products that we use to perform and obtain the quality of service that we want for our customers.

Safety Training

Safety training is one of the key components in our overall training program. Employees are trained in the procedures of our clients’ as well as our own safety procedures. Safety risks can exist in any situation. Our employees are trained to avoid specific safety hazards and to proactively look for possible hazards and recognize them before they become accidents.
