GTL Infra provides passive infrastructure to Telecom Operators to host their
active infrastructure
Company is invested in Chennai Network Infrastructure Limited, a SPV formed
for acquisition of AIRCEL portfolio of 17500 towers and 21000 tenancies.
Annuity driven business model - Stable and growing revenues.
Typical contract structure includes an initial term of 10 to 15 years with 5-year
renewal period thereafter.
Contracts have annual embedded escalators of 2.5-3%.
Demand for wireless services stimulates additional network investment from
carriers
