Our achievement and accomplishments for the academic year 2020-2021 are as follows….

The Academic year 2020 -2021 was totally a different as there was curfew from the beginning

of the session. Even then we have done our best to keep teaching and learning process very

lively through online classes with full dedication and very vibrant.

The school opened for the academic year 2020-2021 on 28th of May by online mode, we started

sending worksheets and assignments from April 2020. We committed in getting outstanding

results in class 10 and 12 and thus we have followed following strategy in the last academic

year.

We have created whatsapp groups for every class to connect students for the learning activities

like sending worksheets, home works, assignments and online class links. Important messages

were sent by SMS to the parents. Proper schedule was arrived for online classes without

overlaps and meticulously followed.

Morning and evening special classes were held.

Daily tests were conducted and the progress was monitored on regular basis.

Many practice examinations, revision examinations, model examinations were conducted to

give ample practice for board examinations.

We have secured 100% pass in both Senior Secondary as well as Secondary examinations. The

following students were the shining stars in the Path sky as they have shown outstanding

achievement in CBSE board examinations.

The toppers in AISSCE for the academic year 2019-2020 are Dhakshana Moorthy, Sharfunisha,

Shobika, Nithish Aarya and Kapil Sharan form Science stream and Saikripa, Rupak Kumar,

Abirami S, Abirami M P and Deen Prasanna Jasper George from Commerce stream.

The toppers in AISSE for the academic year are Kumutha Kumar, Hema, Nusrath, Elakkiya and

Pradeep.

The PATH GPS family comprises of 51 numbers of well trained, experienced, dedicated teaching

staffs and 6 numbers of Administration staff and 63 numbers of bus drivers and care takers.

Apart from the various scholastic subject teachers, we have a team of enthusiastic coaches and

trainers for extracurricular activities. Totally the school enjoys 120 numbers of human work-

force rendering their selfless service to the cause of education.

“Staying update is the key to success in any field”, our teachers continually stay

updated, by attending workshops and various training programmers. Few of them are as listed:-

Our Teachers have attended a webinar conducted by CBSE in collaboration with sports

Authority of India under the programme-hello India fitness assessment on 5th of July.

Our teachers have attended webinar on Scientific basis of mind body practices to

achieve wellness conducted by National institution of nutrition on 13th of July.

Our teachers have attended a live webinar on Effective use of Microsoft Office

conducted by Bannari Amman Institution of Technology on 16th of July.

Our teachers have participated in Online training programme for Alternative academic

calendar -YouTube live on 17th July.

Our teachers have attended a webinar on "Changes in CBSE Curriculum of 2020-21 on

Accountancy and Business Studies" by CLIMB Foundation.

Our teachers have attended a webinar on How to create gamified online assessment

using Kahoot on 20th of July.

Bannari Amman Institute of Technology has conducted a webinar on Chemical reactions

and equations using real life examples on 24th of July.

On 26th of July our teachers have attended Scientific basis of mind and body practices to

achieve wellness (yoga demonstration) conducted by National institution of nutrition.

On 27th of July our teachers participated in Tips and Tricks for improving English

communication for online classes by Bannari Amman institution.

ELMS Sports conducted physical literary training program for our teachers on 5th of

August.

On 8th of August and on 18th August our teachers have participated in Character building

through value education conducted by Innovative Educators Forum.

Our teachers have participated on assimilation of information on ACEP intermediate

level (14-18 years) in Athletics on 19th August.

International conference of Educational Excellence conducted a live webinar on Stress

Management for teachers on 25th of August.

On 27th of August our teachers participated in Tips and Tricks for improving English

Communication for online class conducted by Bannari Amman Institute of Technology.

Strategies for better assessment in online learning itempool – a live webinar conducted

by Bannari Amman Institute of Technology on 13th September.

ICEE, RIE (NCERT) has conducted Education 4.0 - unmasked and sanitized on 26th of

September.

Our teachers participated in NEP 2020 conducted by ICEE on 10th October.

On 23rd of October our teachers have participated in Automatic generation of zoom link

– a live webinar conducted by BAIT.

Our Mathematics teachers took part in a webinar session teaching Trigonometry

conducted by BAIT on 24th October.

On 7th of November our teachers have attended a live webinar on emotional

intelligence for personal and professional effectiveness conducted by CBSE.

IICE has conducted a webinar on Science for and with society on 10th of November for

our teachers.

The Path GPS has conducted a live workshop for our teachers on workshop conducted -

How to use online web tools to conduct online classes by Prof. Arunkumar on 24th

November.

On 8th of December our teachers have attended NEP 2020 conducted by CBSE.

On 30th of December our teachers participated in Awareness Programme on Future

Skills conducted by CBSE.

Some of our teachers participated in Webinar on Artificial Intelligence conducted by

CBSE from 05-01-2021 to 08-01-2021.

Celebrations are good, as it enhances the growth potential of the children through improving

level of confidence and practical perception of different aspects of life. We believe in the true

learning of the students and various celebrations make it virtually viable. Thus it is our

customary to commemorate or celebrate various occasions throughout the academic year. But

due to pandemic situation prevailing almost everywhere we have restricted ourselves to fewer

celebrations via online mode. Here are some notable ones.

Teacher’s day programme and completion for teachers on 9th of September.

Republic day on 26th of January.

International women’s day of 8th of February.

We never limit our abilities within campus. Our students have excelled well in off

campus competitions, this year our teachers and students have took part in numerous

The school has conducted all periodic and term examination as per the guidelines of CBSE from

the beginning irrespective of curfew distractions. The following tests and examinations were

conducted in this academic year.

Periodic Test 1 was conducted from 24.06.202 to 30.06.2020

Periodic Test 2 was conducted from 24.08.2020 to 29.08.2020

Term 1 examination was conducted from 14.10.2020 to 21.10.2020

Periodic Test 3 was conducted from 16.12.2020 to 22.12.2020

Periodic Test 4 was conducted from 08.02.2021 to 13.02.2021

Annual Examination was conducted from 15.03.2021 to 22.03.2021

Apart from these official and organized test and examinations class tests were

conducted in almost all subjects on weekly basis and the marks are recorded and continuously

monitored for improvement.

Different department have conducted competitions were conducted number of competitions

all grades of students from grade 1 to grade 12 and certificates were disbursed to the winners.

Independence day competitions conducted by social science department on 15th of

August

Republic day competitions by English department on 27th of January 2021

This year we have conducted a special Olympiad examination “PLUTO – Path Legendary

Uplifting Talent Olympiad” for our students exclusively by The Path Global Public School in two

levels for classes 1 to nine at free of cost. The student’s participation was extraordinary.

The Olympiad was conducted to test the proficiency of the students in all subjects.

This was well planned, meticulously prepared and properly conducted by online mode

by Google forms on 9.12.2020 and on 10.12.2020.

Those who have secured marks 60 % and above are chosen for level 2.

Participation certificated was issued to all the participants and merit certificate for all

meritorious students.

173 students were selected for level 2 based on their performance in level 1.

The second level was conducted on 26th and 27th of March.

"Art is the form of vibration of our body and mind". As per requirement by CBSE we have

integrated art education in our regular teaching, drawing and painting, clay models,

photography, PPT making, Culinary, Public speaking, Debates, Essay writing, singing, theater

arts, toy making, calligraphy, short film making and poem writing are some of the art education

that are in lined with regular teaching.
