Cyber-economic activity is definitely a threat we need to be aware of daily. Our OSINT report provides a military perspective as well, covering two major war fronts:
1. Asia/ North Korea2. The Middle East
1. Major Rush has studied North
Korea in detail and helped develop
war plans in case they were ever
needed. A North Korean conflict
would be a north/south front war.
It would become a battle on a
line and would be about hitting a
target. It would be a target-centric war.
In this case, North Korea would head South, and we would go North.
Whoever moves the boundary the most wins.
A North Korea War would be an incredibly short war if we were just
fighting them. The war would be over in less than a week if we
engaged.
If China entered that battle, then we would have a real war.

Iran is at the strategic center of the Middle East. Unfortunately,
we are not aligned now for good and bad reasons.
Thing are constantly evolving in the Middle East. Egypt has become
friendlier to Israel, even though not too long ago there was a war
between them.
Iran goes back 1000’s of years with King Cyrus, who became a blessing to Israel. Many Iranians recognize that heritage, despite current government leadership. Many believe the heritage and history are still recognized by the Iranian people.
China, as outlined in Kevin Freeman’s Pentagon report, has been in an economic war with the U.S. for years.
Businesses and our Government under the Trump administration are finally recognizing the China threat.
From a military perspective, China has 4,000 fighter airplanes, 1,500 MiG 21 airplanes. If we ended up in a military war it would be a significant war.
Many believe China’s focus is on winning economically.
With 2025 initiatives, China is focused on the economic and cyber front.

“The goals of Made in China 2025 include increasing the Chinese-domestic content of core materials to 40 percent by 2020 and 70 percent by 2025. The plan focuses on high-tech fields including the pharmaceutical industry, automotive industry, aerospace industry, semiconductors, IT and robotics, etc., which are presently the purview of foreign companies.” –Wikipedia
One belt-one road, cyber, and IP theft are key pieces of the economic war they are driving.
China and Russia have no interest in keeping the American petrodollar. They have been working to establish other trading currencies like the petro-yuan.
Current National Security Initiatives and Global Strategic Alliances:
Some think Trump is trying to drive a wedge between China and North Korea. Perhaps he should be driving a wedge between Russia and China.
North Korea, China and Russia have similar alignments. Russia has reach to each of these other nations by supplying weapons and Russian airplanes.
The thinking is:
• North Korea has more to fear from China, than it does the U.S.
• Russian has more to fear from China than the U.S.
If we could break them up it makes it more difficult for them to fight the U.S. economically. This would strengthen the petrodollar as well as our ability to fight a kinetic war if needed.

Interestingly, as you look at alliances there is a disconnect with Iran. Despite our disagreements with Iran’s current regime, we are aligned with many of the same allies on the ground.
