With the dealership remaining open during construction, safety was critical

Existing restrooms were removed and relocated for better access to the new training room and break room. This
allowed for a more private entrance to the new restrooms
off the main showroom floor.

To reduce costs, the new structural steel members were added to the existing timber framing. This addition prompted the owner to add a training room that
overlooks the new showroom for large meetings and sales training.
