of Home Inspectors that helped rewrite the questions on the Home Inspection National Test. He currently mentors future Home Inspectors so he can teach them to offer their clients the same quality of excellence. George E. Veitengruber, III, Esq. has been practicing law in Monmouth and Ocean County since 2004 with extensive legal experience in real estate, foreclosure defense and bankruptcy. Mr. Veitengruber has been hosting seminars on subjects such as Credit Repair, Understanding your Credit Report

and Understanding your Credit Score at local libraries and places of worship and was recently a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Conferences. George Veitengruber, III, Esq. grew up in Howell Township and has been an attorney in Monmouth County for 12 years. George frequently holds seminars at local libraries and community groups on a wide range of topics including improving your credit score, budgeting and all real estate related topics. George excels in taking financially distressed clients and rebuilding them into a stronger more knowledgeable consumer.

Barbara Quintanal, Bilingual Housing Counselor – Navicore Solutions. Barbara is an experienced housing counselor with several professional certifications. She has served on a variety of program initiatives including the Anti-Scam Initiative, Foreclosure Prevention Counseling, Pre- Purchase, Post Modification,

Fannie Mae, and NJ Restart. With her broad knowledge has worked in a number of counseling and education capacities. Her experience includes providing financial education outreach to mortgage servicers, investors, and non-profit social service organizations. Barbara will be discussing the different services that a HUD certified housing counseling agency can provide to clients at no charge in order to save their home from foreclosure, avoiding scams and the ability to answer questions.

Maureen Rodriguez, Certified Housing Counselor – Navicore Solutions. As a housing counselor, Maria focuses on providing assistance and education to both homeowners in crisis and those looking to purchase their first home. Maureen works closely with governmental organizations responsible for

both state and federal assistance for homeowners. Maureen also created the Professional Referral Network which provides realtors with information to assist their clients on homeownership needs. She is also a New Jersey Licensed real estate broker and has been in real estate for 15 years. Maureen Rodriguez will be present to provide onsite housing counseling.
