The patient must select the video button and then
unlock the iPhone for the Zoom call to connect.
The +Go app will launch to the foreground and
the call will connect to the Zoom meeting.
If the patient does not press the video button, the
Zoom call will connect and the nurse will hear
and see the patient, however, the patient cannot
see the nurse until they press the video button on
their iPhone screen.
If the video button is pressed after the Zoom call
connects, the patient will be prompted to unlock
their iPhone. The call will unexpectedly end, and
the patient will be returned to their home screen.
The nurse will be presented with an alert message
that the meeting ended unexpectedly.
If the nurse initiates another video call, the call
will complete as expected.
