The programme is Pan Wales and is delivered by all Universities in Wales

Graduate Training & Development Fund

• Up to £1,500 financial support for SMEs to train staff with graduate qualifications

• To help businesses retain and develop staff • GO Wales can part fund courses costing over £175 • GO Wales fund 50% of the cost up to £1,500 – the company pays the

remainder• Each company can claim up to £5,000 until 2011• Please make an application before booking or paying for the course• Terms and conditions apply – www.gowales.co.uk/training

Who can apply?

• Businesses in Wales that employ less than 250 people • Staff must have graduate level qualifications of NQF Level 4

or above; degree, HND, HNC or equivalent • Graduate sole traders • Funding is available to graduate staff irrespective of when

they attained the qualification
