A final quotation might require a site inspection.
Covid-19 policies and protocols in place at the time must be adheredto and might result in costs for additional services as necessary.Please see our contract for additional information.
All items, and equipment will remain the property of Event Wizards cc andtheir contracted vendors. Missing and damaged items will be charged to theclient at replacement cost. It remains the responsibility of the client to ensure that allitems required are stipulated on the final quotation.
Kindly note that Event Wizards cc will hold our client liable for any loss,shortages, damages etc. and not a third party/client involved via our annualcontractual client.
Please note in the occurrence of Load shedding, the event will fall under‘force majeure event’ and a generator is available for hire.
