Treatment protocol must be defined having first studied the needs and requirements of each patient, which must be assessed by a qualified medical professional.
In order to obtain the best results, a minimum of 4 - 6 treatments should be carried out at intervals of one to two weeks.
Once the first cycle of treatments is complete, a minimum of 4 follow-on and enhancement treatments at 4-week intervals is recommended in order to achieve and prolong the desired results.

STEP IIAnaesthetic
Before starting treatment, the area to be treated should be cleansed to remove traces of make-up, dead skin, etc.

An exfoliating peel is recommen-ded one week prior to treatment.
Anaesthetic is not always neces-sary, although advisable for patient comfort for treatments of more than 1.5mm.
Apply an anaesthetic cream. Wait 15 to 20 minutes. Carefully clean the area, removing all traces with a sponge. Apply an antibacterial solution following treatment.

STEP IIITreatment
Adjust needle depth according to the area to be treated.
Apply the appropriate topical solu-tion to start treatment. Start with the cheeks, chin, etc.
Apply GoldPen using fast circular movements, without applying pressu-re.
Remember not to persist in one particular area. Bear in mind that GoldPen creates hundreds of micro-channels per second.
Apply product in an another area (such as the forehead) and continue.
Repeat application in each area during treatment and apply GoldPen, again without persisting.
If there is any product remaining after treatment with GoldPen, this can be applied and massaged in gently until absorbed.
As a general rule, the greater the needle depth, the greater the speed required.
Guidelines for Use
STEP IVEnd of TreatmentApply a skin calming treatment.We recommend:
E-cool. Apply for around 15 to 20 minutes as a final step in order to achieve optimum penetration of the active ingredients applied and to soothe and relax the skin. Its vaso-constrictive effect aids recovery from erythema. Its cooling effect refreshes and firms the skin.
Apply a calming Hydra Gel Mask to help reduce erythema and close the pores, enhancing the effectiveness of the product applied and creating an antibacterial barrier.
