By carWhen driving from Nice on the A8, take the exit number 36 «LE MUY» follow thedirection Sainte Maxime then upon arrival in Sainte Maxime follow Saint Tropez.After about 7/8 km Sainte Maxime you will come up to a big round about take the 3rdexit drive into Camping Prairies de la Mer and ask for the reception of DS ONEVACANCES.When driving from Aix en Provence you can take exit n° 36 as above or the exit number13 «Le Luc» follow the signs to Saint Tropez you will find the road very windy but you willsave some time on your journey (no traffic) you drive threw villages Garde Freinet thenGrimaud after grimaud follow the signs showing Port Grimaud look for campingPrairies de la Mer and ask for the reception of DS ONE VACANCES.

By planeThe airport of Nice is 1H20 minutes drive to DS ONE VACANCES.The airport of Toulon is 55 minutes drive to DS ONE VACANCES.

RESERVATION CONDITIONSIn order to be able to take advantage of theservices offered by DS One Vacances, we ask youto read carefully the general conditions below.These conditions govern the sale of stays and arevalid from the time of placing the reservation.Reservation of a stay implies completeacceptance of our general conditions.

Reservation ConditionsReservations take effect only with the agreementof DS One Vacances, on receipt of the depositand after reception of either the duly completedand signed reservation contract or acceptance ofthe general conditions of sale in the case of an on-line reservation. Reservations are only binding onDS One Vacances if DS One Vacances acceptsthem, which DS One Vacances is free to do or torefuse, depending on availability and, in general,any circumstances likely to impede the fulfilmentof the reservation made. DS One Vacances offersfamily holidays, in the traditional sense, withaccommodation that is specially designed withthis in mind. DS One Vacances reserves the rightto refuse any reservation that goes against thisprinciple, or which seeks to divert it. Reservationof a rental is made personally. In no case can yousub-let or transfer your reservation without theprior approval of DS One Vacances. Minors mustbe accompanied by their parents or legalguardians.

Accommodation RentalThe rented accommodation is equipped. Thebasic tariff is from 1 to 6 places depending on thetype of rental. DS One Vacances reserves theright to refuse access to the campsite to groupsor families arriving with a larger number ofm e m b e r s t h a n t h e c a p a c i t y o f t h eaccommodation rented, or to increase the cost ofthe stay accordingly.

Pitch RentalPitches will be located near a water point andeletric point. The basic tariff is from 1 person andone tent to 2 people and caravan and car orcampervan. DS One Vacances reserves the rightto refuse access to the campsite to groups orfamilies arriving with a larger number ofmembers, tents, cars, caravans or camper-vansthan the capacity of the pitch, or to increase thecost of the stay accordingly.

Tariffs and tourist taxThe prices are given in Euros, all taxes included.Tourist tax is included in the cost of the stay.

Payment ConditionsFor reservations made more than 30 days beforethe start of the stay, a deposit of 30% of the priceof the reserved services must be paid to DS OneVacances on reservation. The balance must bepaid 30 days before the date of the start of thestay or at the latest on arrival (check-in) at ouroffice. For reservation made within 30days of thestart of the stay, the full amount is to be paid uponreservation. By siging the terms and conditionsyou agree to provide your identificationmatching the details on the method of payment.

Cancellation and changesChanges to your reservation can be madewithout fees, subject to availability. In theabsence of any message from you indicating adelay to your arrival date, the accommodation orpitch can be put back on sale 24 hours after thearrival date indicated in the contract, and inconsequence you will lose your reservation aswell as the amount paid.

Unused servicesRentals that are interrupted or shortened by you(late arrival, early departure) will not give rise toany refund.

Cancellation by DS One VacancesIn case of cancellation by DS One Vacances, thetotal cost of the stay will be refunded. Thiscancellation cannot, however, give rise topayment of damages and interest.

Cancellation by the clientIn case of cancellation, we ask you to inform usquickly in writing, by email or by fax, with reasons.

Refund in case of subscription to our insuranceWe will refund all sums paid, except thereservation fee of 75 Euros and the insurancepremium of 45 Euros, up to 1 day before the dateof arrival.

Refund in the absence of subscription to ourcancellation insuranceWe will refund all sums paid, except thereservation fee of 75 Euros, up to 30 days beforeyour arrival. If cancellation takes place less than30 days before your arrival no refund will bemade and the balance of the rental will remaindue.

Cancellation InsuranceWe offer cancellation insurance for the sum of 45Euros per stay. This guarantees you a refund ofthe sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay,excepting the reservation fee of 75 Euros.

Your holidaysThe arrival days vary according to the period. Ouroffice on the Camping Prairies de la mer issituated on emplacement N° 1761. Our office forParc des Monges is located at the entrance of thecamping. On the day of your arrival at DS OneVacances, mobile homes and chalets andemplacements will be available as from 4.00pm.If the customer arrives before 4.00pm at theoffice we will be able to do the administrativepapers but we cannot gurantee the hour that themobil home will be ready.A deposit of 120 Euros is required on arrival formobile homes and chalets. This deposit will bereturned to the client on the day of departureafter a complete check (inventory) of theaccommodation. Management reserves the rightto retain some or all of the deposit if hygiene and/ or the rented equipment has not beenrespected. If the client needs to leave outsideoffice hours, the mobile home or chalet will bechecked later and the deposit destroyed.

During your stayArrivalIt is up to the holidaymaker to take out holidayinsurance. DS One Vacances declines allresponsibility in case of theft, fire, storm, etc, orfor the civil responsibility of the holidaymaker. DSOne Vacances declines all responsibilityconcerning valuables, vehicles parked on the siteand within the camp site, and any personalpossessions. Safes can be rented on the Prairiesde la mer camping at the main reception (Prairiesde la mer tariff for example: €21 per week + € 15deposit). All clients must comply with theprovisions of the internal regulations. Renters areresponsible for disturbances and nuisancecaused by people staying with them or visitingthem.

DepartureRented accommodation: on the day of departureindicated in the contract, the accommodationmust be vacated before 10.00am. The

accommodation must be handed back in aperfectly clean state and the inventory can bechecked, any broken or damaged object will becharged to you, as well as any repairs that aredeemed necessary. The deposit will be returnedto you at the end of the stay after deduction, onpresentation of invoices, for any possibledamage noted during the departure inspection.Withholding return of the deposit does notexclude furtherliability for damage if the costs incurred arehigher than the amount of the deposit. If theaccommodation has not been cleaned beforedeparture, a cleaning fee will be payable (€48 /accommodation).Pitches : on the day of departure indicated in thecontract, the pitches must be vacated before 11:00am. The pitches are expected to be handedback in the same condition they were rented e.g.free of rubbish.

AnimalsAnimals must be constantly monitored and kepton a leash by their owners during the stay. Anylack of hygiene (cleaning requisites are freelyavailable at reception) or of safety caused by theanimal may be sanctioned by the expulsion of itsowners. An order by the prefect forbids thepresence of any domestic animal on the beachesunless stated otherwise. The vaccination recordfor dogs and cats must be up to date. Access ofcategory 1 dogs to public transport, publicplaces except for the street and premises open tothe public is strictly forbidden. Category 2 dogsmust be muzzled and held on a leash by an adult.

DisputesIn case of dispute, the courts with jurisdictionover the locality of the camp site will becompetent. Any complaint concerning a lack ofconformity of the services provided comparedwith contractual obligations must be sent inwriting (registered letter with proof of receipt) tothe managers of the camp site concerned.

Responsibility of DS One VacancesThe client expressly acknowledges that DS OneVacances will not be held responsible forcommunication by its partners or by any thirdparty of false information that may be mentionedin the DS One Vacances brochure or websiteconcerning the host site, and in particular thephotographs, qualities, activities, entertainment,services and dates of operation. All photos andtexts used in the DS One Vacances brochure oron its internet site are non contractual. They aregiven only for information. It may happen thatcertain activities and facilities offered by thecamp site and indicated in the description in thebrochure are suspended, especially for climaticreasons or by reason of force majeure as definedby French courts.

Data files and individual libertiesThe information you send when making yourorder will not be divulged to any third party. DSOne Vacances will consider it as beingconfidential. It will be used only by the internalservices of DS One Vacances for the processingof your order and to strengthen and personalisethe sending of offers reserved for clients of DSOne Vacances as a function of their centres ofinterest. In accordance with the law on data filesand individual liberties of 6 January 1978, youhave a right to access and correct your personaldata.
