Going Live Checklist
1. Check Campaign Settings a. Make sure both checkboxes under Networks are unchecked:

e. For Bidding, go with the default Maximize Clicks option with no bid limit or enhanced CPC set:
f. For Ad Rotation, select Do not optimize: Rotate ads indefinitely
g. Ad Schedule: Set your ads to during days and times when you are reliably able to get back quickly
to incoming leads.

2. Check Keywords a. 10 to 20 +modified +broad +match keywords b. For a general ad group, you have the single terms: +therapy ; +therapist ; +counseling ; +counselor c. You have only one- or two-term keywords. d. Cover all combinations between your descriptive term and your services terms (i.e. +marriage paired
with all four of: +therapy ; +therapist ; +counseling ; +counselor

3. Check Your Ads a. Confirm that you have two ads per ad group, one emotional ad and one more logistical ad. b. Click on the ads to confirm they send you over to the correct landing page.
4. Check Your Negative Keywords a. Confirm you see all five negative keywords lists added to your Google Ads account:

5. Check Your Ad Extensions
a. Do you have 4 Sitelinks extensions? b. Do you have 4 Callout extensions? c. Have you added your phone number as a Call Extension? d. Have you added (or are you in progress with adding) your practice address as a Location Extension? e. (Optional): Have you added your four Structured Snippets under the Header “Types”?

6. Check Your Conversions a. Check and confirm that you see the following conversions added:
i. Call Extension Conversions ii. Website Phone Calls
iii. Landing Page Contact Form Submission
b. Confirm that you have set up Google Tag Manager and can see the tags firing on your website when go
to into Tag Manager’s Preview Mode.
i. You should see three tags firing when you view your site’s Thank You page while in Tag Manager Preview Mode:
ii. You should see only two tags firing when you view any other page on your site
If you have completed all of the above, then congratulations! You are ready to enable your campaign.
