Small-Firm Efficiency, Large-Firm Quality

Before starting our firm, our founding partners were partners and senior associates at Perkins Coie LLP and Covington & Burling LLP. Our firm was founded on the premise that we could take advantage of current technology, lower our overhead, and reduce hourly rates to the benefit of our clients, while continuing to provide the best legal representation available — regardless of the size of firm. We have succeeded in forming a smaller and more agile law firm composed of experienced lawyers and staff committed to achieving our clients’ litigation goals.

Partnering With Our Clients

Most of our matters are undertaken on a traditional hourly-rate basis. However, we also employ alternative fee arrangements, such as flat-rate and task-based fees, yearly fee contracts, and contingent fees (including in commercial and insurance coverage litigation matters).

Cost-Effective, Practical Solutions

We believe in our court system and feel that, in some cases, there is no substitute for a trial. At the same time, we recognize that our role is to conceive and implement cost-effective strategies for resolving disputes, whether through trial, creative approaches to settlement, or alternative dispute resolution. We all share in a commitment to excellence and a pride in achieving the best and most practical results for our clients.
