A Message From The Executive DirectorAs we turn the page to a New Year, we would like to thank you for your support during 2014 and look forward to your participation and support in 2015. As you make your New Year’s Resolutions, please add to your list “Get more involve with the Goshen Chamber of Commerce”. We invite you to join us at our many events and take advantage of the networking opportunities and many benefits available to you as a member of the Goshen Chamber of Commerce. Whether it is a Networking breakfast, an Educational program, a Membership luncheon, or our Community EXPO, our goal is create opportunities for you to develop your working relationships with other Chamber Members, which can increase your Company’s bottom line!

Over the next couple of months the Chamber Board, Chamber Staff and I are going to assess the Services and Programs we offer you with the goal of increasing the value of your Chamber membership. I look forward to meeting with all of you on an individual basis.

It is an honor for the Chamber to serve the Goshen business Community. Through political action, governmental affairs, business development, community development, and membership services, the Goshen Chamber of Commerce serves as “the business and community leader” in Goshen.

New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS® (NYSCAR) Hudson Valley Chapter is hosting its “2015 Annual Commercial Real Estate Conference” on April 1st and 2nd.

The keynote speaker for the Conference is Jeremy Cyrier, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Founder and President of MANSARD, and Founder of CreInvestEd, a commercial real estate training company.

Cyrier is one of Banker & Tradesman’s New Leaders of 2009, and one of 85 commercial real estate instructors for the CCIM Institute in Chicago. He currently teaches Financial Analysis and Market Analysis for Commercial Real Estate, and is the 2010 Recipient of the Susan B. Groeneveld Award of Excellence, which is awarded by the CCIM Institute. He also served as President of the New England CCIM Chapter in 2011.

The Real Estate Conference is divided into two days, day one featuring guest speaker, Cyrier, who will instruct the group on the “Financial Analysis Tools Needed for Commercial Real Estate” and key investment fundamentals, and the technology needed to apply these fundamentals to make informed decisions in the market.

NYSCAR Hudson Valley to Host “2015 Annual Commercial Real Estate Conference”

Day two, million dollar marketing and networking opportunities will feature the renowned cash board, moderated package presentations, marketing presentations and a haves/wants presentation. The marketing session is a fast-paced affair, where brokers present specific properties to the entire group.

The “2015 Annual Commercial Real Estate Conference” takes place at the Hyatt House, located at 100 Westage Business Center Drive, Fishkill, NY.

Register for the two-day event by March 31st online at www.NYSCARHudsonValley.com. The cost to attend the first day of the Conference is $195.00 per attendee for NYSCAR Hudson Valley or $225.00 for non-members; or for day two only, $50.00 for NYSCAR Hudson Valley Members or $75.00 for non-members.

The Hudson Valley Chapter of NYSCAR is dedicated to serving commercial real estate interest throughout the region. Chartered in 1995 as an organization to provide commercial real estate professionals with education and networking opportunities, NYSCAR prides itself on its ability to “bring commercial practitioners together”, enhancing the ever growing membership’s success in completing transactions.
