INSTALLING A PumpSaverINSIDER

1. Remove the cover from the front of the 3-wire CentriProcontrol box.

2. Remove the yellow wire from the terminal strip at L2.

3. Remove the black wire from L1 to the capacitor.

4. Press the PumpSaver onto the L1 and L2 terminals.

5. Reconnect the yellow wire to L2 on the PumpSaver.

6. Connect the blue wire attached to the PumpSaver to thedual-lug terminal (with the black wire) of the capacitor.

New 1 HP CSCR control box is now in a larger enclosure, it is notin a quick disconnect style enclosure.

Overloads for 2, 3 and 5 HP CSCR boxes are sold prewired andsoldered as an assembly. No field soldering or wiring required.

Features

Enclosure Rating: NEMA 3R, IP22 rainproof,indoor/outdoor enclosure. Allows mountingthe controller outdoors.

Current Limit Selector Switch: Rotary switchto set current limit to match motor ServiceFactor Amps (SFA).

The controller may be used on smallerpump/motor combinations as long as themotor SFA is within the current limit rangeof the controller.

Communications Port: RS-232 serial portto facilitate software updates and futureexpansion.

Three sizes available for - 5 HP pumps.

Constant Pressure: The system providesconsistent pressure even as system owrequirements vary.

Controller acts as a pump protection deviceand troubleshooting device.

Flashing LED lights indicate system faults bynumber of ashes.

Controller will operate between 190 and260 volts.

Includes a pressure sensor and sensor cable.

Integrated output motor lter protectsthe motor from voltage spikes and limitselectrical interference with devices such asportable telephones, radios, televisions andgarage door openers.

Cooling fan: Allows operation in ambienttemperatures up to 122F.
