Democracy Communism

laws, regulate business and trade, and provide aid to people. Governments establish order and ensure justice.

with a parliamentary system of government. 3. The chief of state is President Pratibha Patel and the
head of government is Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. 4. The president is the head of the executive union. The
real executive power is with the Council of Ministers headed by the Prime Minister. The Council of Ministers is responsible to the House of the People. They promote international peace and protect the citizens.
