IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTENDING HAl PILGRIMSOF HAl GROUP ORGANISERS (HGOs) FOR HAl 2019

1. The intending HGO haj pilgrims must check the details of their HGOs, earlier known as Private" Tour Operators (PTOs), in the list of qualified and registered HGOs available at this Ministry'swebsites www.haj.nic.in/pto, www.haj.gov.in and www.minorityaffairs.gov.in

2. Please insist to see the registration certificate of the HGO for Haj 2019 issued by this Ministryand ensure that its name figures in the list of registered HGOsdisplayed on the above websites.

3. The details of various packages offered by the HGOs can be searched and compared in theHGOportal www.indianhajpto.gov.in

4. The HGOhas to sign with each pilgrim an agreement having details exactly as per the packagechosen by pilgrims. The HGO has to provide the training and orientation to all their pilgrims.

5. For Haj 2019, Govt. of India has allocated a quota of 60,000 haj seats to HGOs.6. Out of 60,000 seats, 10,000 seats have to be charged by HGOs at the applicable rate of HCol

for the concerned Embarkation Point (EP). The number of seatsallocated to each HGO underboth categories is available at the Ministry's website.

7. The applicable rates of HCol for Haj 2019 for major Embarkation Points are given below.
