1. India has received loan (No: 2925-IND) for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Jammu and Kashmir Urban Sector Development Investment Program- Project 2. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. National Competitive Bidding and Single stage two envelope bidding procedure will be used.
