Consequent upon the temporary placement of PG Masters/ Teachers as 1/C Lecturers in the discipline of Urdu vide Govt. Order No. 322 Edu of 2019 dated:-16-10-2019 and with reference to the Administrative Department's communication No. Edu-Il/359/19 dated 13-04-2020 and as recommended by the Committee constituted vide Order No. 627 DSEK of 2019 dated 25-07-2019, sanction is hereby accorded to the adjustment in respect of the following 1/C Lecturers in the institutions indicated against each with immediate effect:-

That the above adjustment is subject to the following conditions:- (i) That CEO/DDO concerned shall verify the PG degrees & shall allow the promotees to

join only when/if the PG degrees are found genuine. That bio-data/service particulars of the promotees as mentioned in the Govt. order referred to above are correct. That the promotee already working either as 1/C Headmaster or I/C Lecturer in other discipline, shall not be allowed to join as 1/C Lecturer in Urdu discipline. That the mode of acquiring degree (i.e. 10+2+2 with bridge course or 10+2+3) as well as the genuineness of PG certificates/institutions from which he/she has acquired such degree are valid.

(v) That the leave has been properly sanctioned by the competent authority in favour of the in-service Teachers/ Masters for pursuing regular academic and for examination days in case of private candidates.

(vi) That the HOD/ZEO/CEO/DSEK has granted permission for pursuing particular course. (vii) That the promotee is not involved in any criminal case or proceedings. (viii) That the promotee (if any) fails to join at new place of postings within a period of

seven days from the date of issuance of the instant order it shall be presumed that he/she has forgone his/her placement & his/her placement as 1/C Lecturer shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.

(ix) That the CEO/ODO concerned shall ensure that all the above conditions & the conditions as laid down in the placement order are fulfilled in letter & spirit before allowing the promotee to join. In case any of the conditions mentioned in the order is not fulfilled by the promotee. he/she will not be allowed to join & CEO shall refer the case to this Directorate immediately for further course of action.

Further, the placement shall not confer any superior claim or right to the promotee for seeking regularization/confirmation, which shall be considered strictly following due procedure & clearance of DPC. All placements shall be subject to the outcome of any writ petition(s) that may be pending before the court(s) of Law.
