Introduction:

The High Powered Committee (HPC) has granted approval to the Request for Proposal

(RFP) for Selection of System Integrator for Implementation, Support & Maintenance of

Maharashtra State DBT & Services Portal in its 104th meeting held on 17th September 2016.

Further, it was under the consideration to constitute a Tender Evaluation Committee for

carrying out evaluation of the said RFP.

Government Resolution:

The Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) to evaluate the responses of the bidders to

the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Selection of System Integrator for Implementation, Support

& Maintenance of Maharashtra State DBT & Services Portal is constituted as follows.

1. Director, Information Technology Chairman

2. State Informatics Officer, NIC, Mumbai Member

3. Head SeMT, DIT Member

4. Under Secretary(IT) Member Secretary

The Tender Evaluation Committee shall evaluate the responses to the RFP and all

supporting documents/documentary evidence. The decision of the Tender Evaluation

Committee in the evaluation of bids shall be final. The Tender Evaluation Committee may ask

for meetings or presentation with the Bidders to seek clarifications or conformations on their

bids. Each of the responses should be Evaluated as per the criteria and requirements specified

in the RFP.
