The undersigned the directed to refer to this Division's 0.M of even number, dated 17-10-

2019 on the subject cited above and to inform that the National Defence University (NDU), vide their letter

No.700/17/ND, dated 13-07-2020, has selected the following BS-20 officers belonging to various

As per the Prime Minister's directive. issued vide this Division's D.O. letter No.5/11/2000-

T-II/T-1, dated 10-06-2014 and this Division's O.M. No.5/11/2000-T-II/T-I, dated 11-07-2019, all

Ministries/Divisions/ Departments are bound to relieve the officers on their selection for training course

without fail. The Ministries/ Divisions / Departments shall make stop-gap arrangements, as the nominated

officers are not required to attend their offices while undergoing training. Non-compliance of the directions

of the Prime Minister shall tantamount disciplinary proceedings under the Government Servants (E&D)

Rules, 1973.

All selected officers are required to report to National Defence University (NDU). Islamabad at 08:30 hours on 17-08-2020 for familiarization visit / briefing. Moreover, all selected officers are also requested to forward their contact numbers, E-mail addresses and documents mentioned in the enclosed Annex-B to the NDU's letter referred to in para 1 above to Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz, Lieutenant Colonel, (Telephone number 2008125240. Fax number 051 9261040), NDU, Islamabad by 25th July, 2020.

The Ministries/ Divisions / Departments/ Provincial Governments are requested that any drop outs from the course may be communicated by 20'h July 2020, after which no change will be accepted.
