NOTICE INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI- V)

For the following schemes

(A) GoI sponsored scheme- "Up gradation of 1396 Government Industrial Training Institutes through Public Private Partnership"

Directorate General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour, Government of India, New Delhi has launched the above scheme in the Union Finance Minister's budget speech for the year 2007-08. Under the scheme, the infrastructure of all the Government Industrial Training Institutes (GITI) is to be upgraded as ‘Centre of Excellence’. The leading industrial associations/ industrial houses of the country have agreed to share their responsibility to produce skilled manpower for better employment and industrial suitability. An "Institute Managing Committee (IMC)" in those ITIs where the Previous Industry Partner has withdrawn himself from the scheme or the utilization of funds is less than 25%, will be reconstituted under the Chairmanship of the participating industrialist. A sum of Rs. 2.5 crore to each ITI is given as interest free soft loan for necessary activities & development. Under this scheme 105 Govt. ITIs were covered in Rajasthan State. (B) GoR sponsored scheme- "Up gradation of 29 Government Industrial Training Institutes into

Centre of Excellence through Public Private Partnership"

Government of Rajasthan has announced a new scheme as above in the State Finance Minister’s budget speech of FY 2016-17. The leading industrial associations/ industrial houses of the country are invited to share their responsibility to produce skilled manpower for better employment and industrial suitability. An "Institute Managing Committee (IMC)" in each ITI will be constituted under the Chairmanship of the participating industrialist. A sum of Rs. 2.0 crore to each 29 ITI will be given as interest free soft loan for necessary activities & development. These Govt. ITIs were not covered in scheme (A).

Proposals are invited for the remaining Govt. ITI’s of Rajasthan State in Schemes by Industrial Houses and Industry for participating in the scheme. Proposals must include the present activities of Industry, Financial status, Affiliation & Recognition, plan of action. The duly signed proposals along with power point presentation and literature in both soft & hard copies must reach to Director (Training), Directorate of Technical Education, W-6, Residency Road, Jodhpur-342004 latest by 15.04.2018, the details of the above schemes including the list of ITIs covered are also available on the website: www.dte.rajasthan.gov.in Further details can be availed from office on Phone No. 0291-2432290 / Er.
