certificates issued in their respective jurisdictional revenue regions vide Government Order No. HD

374 PMS 2008 dated 15.12.2008 subsquently in Government Order No. HD 374 PMS 2008 , dated

15-12-2008 and 12-08-2009 read with corrigendum dated 22.08.2009, the powers have been

delegated to the Additional Regional Commissioner (Administration and Development), Additional

Regional Commissioner (Land Maintenance, Projects & Misc.) in office of the aforesaid RegionalD:\V.R.c\VRC Gen .doc

Additional District Magistrate, Bangalore, Urban, Bangalore and Additional Deputy Commissioner &

Additional District Magistrate, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore along with the Regional Commissioner,

Bangalore, Additional Commissioner (Administration and Development) Bangalore and Additional

Commissioner ( Land Maintenance, Projects and Misc), Bangalore in respect of Bangalore revenue
