1 Product Descriptions

Optostar’s residential GPON ONT OP-GONT-42WU are standards based on CPE designed

for advanced triple-play deployments. The indoor models of Optostar’s GPON ONT

product line provide a lower cost and small package which contains many features

including QoS, VoIP and multicast video support.

OP-GONT-42WU ONT is ideal for triple-play service deployments in FTTH/FTTB application.

Industry standard SIP voice signaling provides reliable voice services. The four

Giga-Ethernet ports can be separated into different services allowing the configuration of

dedicated ports for IP video and data.

Compliant with standard OMCI definition, OP-GONT-42WU is manageable from remote side

and supports the full range FCAPS functions including supervision, monitoring and

maintenance.
