#1- Control Panel Login AreaOnly two reason you will need to connect to the server. To start an active call session and/or to record voicemail messages. Server occupies one line in the office for the duration of the call session. It is a long distance call to the server, a phone number with a 603 area code out of New Hampshire will be presented. *The CallMe Feature can be requested for those that do not have unlimited long distance to avoid unnecessary charges.

#2- Call ResultsIs the actual hang up button once connected. Multi functional 1 click database maintenance. 12 custom created results to reflect different list directions and targeted redial options. Labeled something easy to identify the users end result of the conversation.

#3- Dialing WindowOption to open up 3 active call lines. Information field will let you know what each line is doing. Field will highlight it self, state Answer and that persons information will automatically populate to section #4 so you know who is on the phone. Instant connection, no delay. You will hear them say hello as if were manually dialing. A headset is not required but recommended *There is a screen shot of an active call session on the next slide.

#4- Information FieldAny information you have available to import from your Excel file will appear in this window. Auto populates when a line states Answer . You can make changes in this area, just remember to clickSave before moving on.

Calling List Tab

Lead On/Off status-During the import it assigns the ON status to each new lead. After you start making calls it turns the status OFF and will read out the last call result. Every time you select the list again it will pick up at the next ON record to keep you calling in order.

After all leads are turned off you will need to reset the list if you choose to keep calling on it.

Import Tab-Quickly import Excel files directly from your documents to create calling lists.

*Prospecting lists must be “clean” prior to import. There is not a DNS scrub tool in the system. However, you will start to create an internal DNS list based on call results that state Do Not Call and their number would be blocked from any future import.

*Within 5 minutes you could have 5,000 names imported and ready to call.

User Settings

When you reset a list it is based on the redial selections made in this window.

*You have option to create 12 Customized Call Results. The label should easily identify the end result of the conversation but more importantly does it mean the job is complete or do you need to reach out again. Only the results with a check mark in the Redialed box will get turned back ON when reset.

*Lead Status Triggers allow you to start sectioning off your data by call results for later use or quick reference. You’ll see here the Quoted results will be going to a new Hot Lead list.

*Dialer Results in the top right corner are for the files you never touch during a multiline call session that will also be set up during your software training session.

*Lower left corner 4-7 ring cycle selection. You have the option to choose how many times the phone will ring out before it disconnects. Depending on the list and your intention you may or may not want to reach a voicemail so you will set it accordingly. A common cold call setup is 4 rings, focusing on live answers. Customer service/retention calls you would want a full ring cycle so 6 rings would be a more appropriate setting.

Playing Call Back Message

Callback Message (multiline session feature)You will prerecord a message of your choice that will play automatically if the 2nd or 3rd

line in that set pick up and you are not available. That person will be stored in the system and redialed next call after you complete the first call and select the call result to move forward.

*No new calls are generated once a connection is made. The only opportunity for a double connect is while the other lines finish out their ring cycle in that set.
