Reference LettersA reference letters from your past or current employer detailing your job title, duties, howlong you worked there and any special skills you have. Please use the reference lettertemplate provided.

QualificationsA certified copy of your past qualification or transcript that you may have studied in thepast. This includes any in house courses, seminars, workshops, or short courses, such asfirst aid.

Employment LetterA current employment letter stating your place of employment, your duties, and positiondescription. Include a supervisors report evaluating you and your work.
