OUR PROGRAM• Underground exposure, flexibility for individual requirements,
with a target completion of two years.
• Nipper, Truck, Service Crew, Charge up, Shotcrete/Agi, Bogger, LH drill, Jumbo. 3-4 months in each role.
• Transfers to minimum two sites to allow wide exposure to different commodities and mining methods.
• Guided career development post program completion.
• Networking and training with other graduates in the company.
