Requirements
What Do I Need to Graduate?
• 30 Credits (18 compulsory, 12 elective)
• Successful completion of the OSSLT or
OLC4O1 course
• 40 Community Hours
• Visit the Ministry of Education Website
Important!!! • Grade 12 students who have four courses per
semester and wish to drop one due to extenuating circumstances should be aware of full disclosure dates!
• 5 days after mid-term report card issued
• SEM 1: November 23, 2016
• SEM 2: May 3, 2017
– Course(s) dropped before these dates will not appear on your Ontario Student Transcript
Heading to University? • Know the pre-requisite courses required to apply
for your program(s)
• Keep your options open!
• General requirements:
– Six 4U/M courses at the Grade 12 level
• Application Fees:
– $150 for three program choices
– $50 for each additional choice
• Applications due: Wednesday, January 11, 2017
