And we sincerely thank you for your prayers and support as together we join Jesus in His mission on the equator. Saludos friends, family and church family,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. We pray this mission letter finds you well, full of hope, and filled with His Goodness! We praise God for pouring out His grace on us day by day. And we sincerely thank you for your prayers and support as together we join Jesus in His mission on the equator. Meet Jesús … always

wanting to know more

and he is such a sweet

example for the others to look up to

even though he is among

the youngest†

Escuela Dominical (Sunday School) in our Santo Domingo UMC. Some days we have 25 and others 70 … so much depends on life at home for this group especially. So we plan for 100! But to us what’s much more important than the number is that each child comes to understand and know with their whole heart that Jesus loves

each of them as those there were only 1 of them to love. †

Graham rocks … he does the behind the scenes stuff and he prefers it that way. Putting every single one of these children

before himself. We are sooo in-love with this bunch …

actually every bunch that GOD has for some reason set

aside for us to love. They are such incredible little people eager to

know Jesus more, teaching and helping the younger ones what they have

learned … disciples making disciples in the making … it’s

pretty cool to watch and be part of! †

And so people of GOD … September 2014 is here and we begin with more of the ministry God called us here to do. We are very excited about a new ministry initiative for us beginning soon.

The feeding program for the Río Verde children is AWESOME and God does amazing things in and through those who serve and those being served. Goodness folks these people are being fed physically

and get to attend school, those who would literally go hungry and without all they need to get an education if it were not for the Santo Domingo UMC’s Loaves and Fishes Program. We feel God has

sent us here in part to help see this program move forward on the foundation of feeding the hungry to include more spirituality. After their healthy meal that helps sustain them physically we will begin soon a Mini-Bible School program on Thursdays and Fridays … a continuation of the day before while being filled spiritually and physically as we take the Holy Spirit by the Hand and go deeper in knowledge and Truth. Music, Bible Story and Craft with a BIG bunch of children … it’s gonna be AWESOME because we feel God has ordained it and we are honored to get to be here and obligated to God to see it to fruition. Sharon is hoping to teach them the bells as well … imagine 100 bells serenading heaven!! But people, ministry costs, especially new ministry set up and when all the children gather we want all who come

to have equal opportunity to participate and feel and know the love of Jesus ... through our TMS budget from our supporters we buy all the Biblical and craft materials every week and medicines when needed and fruit and extra food and everything that comes with serving the poor here … to sustain the ministry we now do plus to continue to do more will not be possible without our finances increasing. It

simply is what it is. God has provided and knows what we need and we trust He will provide more through others, after all this is His ministry not ours, and He has sent us here to be Jesus with skin on for many … so we see this as another way for God to strengthen our faith in Him … as others let Him use them to help keep us here … so we once again humbly ask for your continued prayers for God to

give us strength, protection and the provision He promises us … the very things we have been teaching the children. We CANNOT live and serve here without your support. It’s just that plain. Please pray about joining Jesus and us in His mission here. Please pray for the people of Ecuador and for church

growth, for Pastor Vivas and all that God has set before him. Please pray for our safety as we travel to and from our ministry communities … may we NEVER forget who we are and to Whom we belong. †

These awesome children are learning to sing to heaven and heaven is listening … they used to just sing to themselves or just move their lips with no words … but God is moving among them and they are lovin praise time before we move into studying His Word … love so very much that they have grasped why we learn new things that help us to know Him more and give Him Praise for His Faithfulness in our lives.

We wish every one of you were here to hear how beautiful they sound … and see all their JOY in person!! †

We praise God from Whom ALL blessings flow. We are praying for you. We love you! To God be the Glory!

Yours in Christ,

Graham and Sharon Nichols
